Former No. 4 Overall Pick Reunites with College Teammate
According to reports, the Arizona Cardinals have traded wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. and a 2027 seventh-round pick to the Houston Texans in exchange for a 2027 second-round pick and a 2027 sixth-round pick.
Selected fourth overall in the 2024 NFL Draft, Harrison entered the league hailed as one of the most talented rookie wide receivers in recent years. However, to date, he has yet to fully live up to external expectations while wearing the team NFL jerseys, facing challenges regarding both consistency and durability.
For the Texans, who have stumbled to a 1–4 start, this move represents a crucial attempt to salvage their season. Upon donning the Houston Texans football jersey, Harrison will reunite with his college quarterback, C.J. Stroud. If he can recapture the dominant form he displayed in college, he could become a key piece in the Texans' second-half turnaround.
