After 18 months sidelined, he's finally coming back
After suffering a severe knee injury for 18 months, Texans wide receiver Tank Dale's path to return is finally showing signs of improvement. He's been able to wear his NFL jerseys and participate in some of the team's offseason practices, completing route runs and battling the secondary defense, bringing him closer to a full-fledged comeback.
Tank Dale's career has been plagued by injuries, and this serious injury has sidelined him for the entire 2025 season, with his long rehabilitation continuing to this day. If Dale can return to his pre-injury form, the Texans' receiving duo will be well-rounded, possessing height, speed, and route running ability.
Dale's next goal is to complete the new season's training camp. If he can fully participate in the team's preseason preparations, he has a good chance of wearing the Houston Texans football jersey adn stepping back onto the field in the first week of the new season.
